The Subtle Body: An Encyclopedia of Your Energetic Anatomy by Cyndi Dale
This book is great for anybody interested in understanding energy medicine. It offers both simple and scientific understandings of the chakras, meridians, and energy pathways of the body which is refreshing. It's full of hundreds of colorful images, charts, and tables.

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
This book is popular for a reason, and has given me so much direction on the "how-to" that many inspirational reads often miss out on. It shares great wisdom, but most importantly how to apply it to daily life.

Women Who Run With The Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes
No explanation could do this book justice! It is a soulful read full of storytelling, poetic flow, and soul-stirring revelations. It takes you on a journey to your innermost self. Keep a pencil nearby for all the aha moments this one will bring! Check out an earlier post with quotes from the book here.
