How should I prep for my session?

It’s simple! Just make sure to come to your appointment with a makeup-free/moisturized face, and adorned in your favorite comfy clothes. (strapless top if possible)

Do your treatments have consultation/ integration time built into the session?

Yes! Time to set your own intention, and integrate your experience after is a primordial part of energy treatments. It is important to give yourself the time to connect to your own sense of center, feel what awareness rises from that place, and receive guidance on ways to amplify your wellbeing and energetic vitality in your day-to-day life.
