Riverside Session combines facial massage, high-quality aromatic oils, acupressure/facial sculpting techniques, a soothing scalp massage, energy healing, and guided meditation to revitalize the skin and nurture the spirit. Lauren Merrill holds over 15 years of experience in energy healing, aromatic medicine, holistic skincare, and meditation to her offerings and botanical products.

Her greatest joy comes from helping others to slow down, ground into their bodies, and hear their inner voice and wisdom in a loud world.

Known for her grounding presence and intuitive approach to holding space, Lauren guides deeply restorative experiences that encourage self-connection and the importance of taking time to receive holistic healing support.
