Join Lauren of House of Leo for an intimate group gathering in Hood River that invites you to step into the enchanting world of aromatic medicine and full sensory living. Together, we’ll explore the magic and science of the sense of smell—a fascinating and often unconscious sense that we engage with every time we breathe. Smell is deeply intertwined with our emotional and intuitive worlds, offering us a greater window into greater presence and perception.

“Full sensory living” is about achieving a deeper sense of self and spirit by grounding into the physical body and building a relationship with the nature and environments that surround us. During this gathering, we’ll discover how botanical aromas can engage the physical senses, and how small, simple rituals can anchor us into moments of daily presence. These micro moments are what root us in resilience and cultivate inner connection.

This event will include:

• Aromatherapy Education: A look into the art and science of aromatic medicine and how it influences your wellbeing.

• Group Healing Experience : A guided energy healing meditation to ground your energy, and feel the power of group ceremony.

• Integration Time: Community time built in for shares + reflection.
