Words for The Weary Traveler

How does it feel to be full of so much life?

Life like the tree that changes everyday outside your window. Life like the seeds that only crack open from the heat of a wildfire. Life like the ocean tides that rise and fall in their own rhythmic, intelligent sequence.

If you didn't have to do every thing perfectly
If you could accept your wide range of complexity..
How much freer would you be?

It is the most elementary of concepts, and for good reason… that's why we return to it time and time again.

Give yourself permission to melt into your humanness… in its many forms, and many phases.

Do you know how a lobster grows?

It leaves behind its old shell to find a larger one. Its inner body is soft, fragile, exposed, and must find protection under rocks while it swiftly grows its new shell. It does that over and over again.

There are times where you seek support and shelter, and steadily await what's next. You anchor intention with action- holding space between the old and the new. Eventually, a sense of fullness emerges. You feel the sweet relief of arrival and enoughness. You soak up the gifts, and gain new information. Contentment heals and restores. Expansion continues. As time passes, you begin to feel confined as new creative energy and insights comes forward. And just like that… you are beckoned to move towards an even bigger shell.

What phase are you in?

And what gifts are arising from within it?

Life keeps adapting. The dreams keep evolving. Life keeps tossing sh*t your way. Awe-inspiring gems keep showing up among old rubble. Synchronicity sparks a light. Your spirit whispers its reminders that it will always be the greatest guide.

What is for you will ring true
and what is not will falsely glisten

Wise is the one who knows how to listen.
